Fantastic Location: The apartment is perfectly situated, just a short stroll away from popular attractions like the La Fenice theatre and St Mark's Square. It's incredibly convenient to explore Venice from here.

Ant Problem: Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with ants during our stay. Despite promptly informing the owner and providing evidence, the response was unsatisfactory.

Rooms were tiny.

The location of the apartments is perfect, close to all tourist attractions and in a quiet street. You can easily walk to Saint Mark's Square in just a few minutes, and the water boat station is also nearby. the apartments are nicely decorated and well-equipped with amenities like a dishwasher and oven/microwave. the host is friendly and helpful, even offering transportation from the water boat station.

Some noise from other apartments can be heard when using the water or flushing the toilets.

Everything was fantastic! the staff was super helpful and met us at check-in and check-out. the location couldn't have been better - it was right in the heart of everything but still quiet and peaceful. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with a terrace, and it was absolutely lovely. the terrace and courtyard were a nice bonus.

There were a few minor issues. the garbage collection was a bit confusing, and we weren't sure about recycling.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely charming, with beautiful furnishing that really captured the Venetian mood. The general areas were well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere, making it a lovely place to relax and unwind. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with easy navigation and no major obstacles that could pose a challenge. it was a delightful place to stay!

I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there.

We had a fantastic stay at San Marco Luxury Apartments Muneghe. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, a living area, and a private balcony. The location was perfect, close to the San Marco area but not overcrowded. The communication with the owner was excellent, ensuring a smooth stay. The apartment was tastefully decorated with new amenities and strong Wi-Fi. We enjoyed the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants. we highly recommend this accommodation for a wonderful Venice experience.

Great location, it's within walking distance of a beautiful covered 16th-century stone footbridge. The staff was friendly and tried their best to answer all our questions. We had a fantastic time here and every moment was enjoyable. 🌉

The apartment itself was jaw-dropping, with high-quality amenities like a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The bathroom was beautifully modern, and the shower was a beauty. We were also impressed with the helpfulness of the host's assistant, who resolved an issue with the air conditioning quickly. a fantastic stay!
